Today was the second time I worked with T. I still think he's okay, and tonight I learned that he is "one of us," in that you can joke around and be silly with him, and he doesn't go all emo about it. *coughlikeJdidcough* I really hope he stays one of the cool kids.
Also, I met the new girl, A, who is taking Frank's spot. She is C's cousin, so she should be fine, as C wouldn't hire her cousin if she were an idiot, family tie or not.
I had my piano lesson today. I love my piano lessons. I'm not very good at playing yet, but what I lack in skill I make up for in "OMG YAY!" Also, my piano teacher happens to be one of my landlords...which seems an odd thing to call them because they're the nicest, sweetest little old couple EVER, and the label "Landlord" seems...crude, somehow. ANYWAY, at the end of my lesson I invited them to Thanksgiving dinner at our house, and they accepted! I am excited. They are awesome people.
Uh...what else...OH! It's October, guys! That means TWO things: I have to remember to wear a bit of pink each day in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, AND Halloween! I haven't gotten to putting up the doecorations yet because it's been raining the past two days, but the first chance I get, I will have a gravesite just outside my front door, among other things. Eee!
Overall, today was a help to my bottom line, as I worked a full shift, and spent less than a dollar.
