That's a song. "Sleep All Day" It's by Jason Mraz. I love him. Also, that's pretty much what I did today. Aside from another uneventful shift at work, I mean.
When I -did- finally get up, I worked on my Story That Will Make Me Millions But Even if It Doesn't Just Having It Published WIll Be a Dream Come True. It's actual title is Solitaire, and I've been "working" on it for...a Very Long Time. It's a good story about a dude named Joe. (...and he works...in a button factory... ONE DAY... Okay not really, but it was funny, ne?) Mostly I leave it set for long periods of time, then go back to it at random, or when I feel like it's "calling to me." I've got other stories that are the same way, all of them are set in a made up little town I decided to call Reuben's Valley. It was Harper Valley, but then I heard that Harper Valley is apparently the name of a town in a ridculous song, so I changed it...RIGHT. MOVING ON.
So, because I slept all day and then went to work, I didn't get much of a chance to work on Solitaire earlier, so I'm going to work on it tonight. It's the scene at Bill's wedding. In order to work on it properly, however, I needed munchie foods. We'll call them an investment.
